- Obtain an HVAC VFD incentive application package from us or a Wattsmart® Business Vendor.
- Purchase and install a qualifying unit at an eligible location.
- Submit your incentive application package with IRS Form W-9.
- Receive incentive check within 45 days of completion of step 3.
Electronically commutated motors (ECM)

- Purchase and install a qualifying unit at an eligible location.
- Submit your incentive application package with IRS Form W-9.
