    Utah bill discount

    Home Electric Lifeline Program (HELP) provides income qualified Rocky Mountain Power customers a monthly bill credit. If your income meets HEAT Program guidelines, you may be eligible for the Home Electric Lifeline Program (HELP). The local HEAT agency can help you enroll. Learn more and apply.

    Lend A Hand

    Lend A Hand, which is administered by The Salvation Army, provides energy assistance with donated funds. Households with senior and disabled family members are given priority.

    Call The Salvation Army at 801-969-0526 or toll free at 1-855-969-0526 to apply for Lend A Hand.

    State energy assistance

    The federally funded Home Energy Assistance Target (HEAT) Program helps low-income households with energy costs. It is administered by the Utah Department of Workforce Services through local agencies. Learn more and apply.

    Emergency Rental Assistance Program help renters unable to pay utilities and rent due to circumstances related to COVID-19. This temporary pandemic program will stop accepting applications on February 5, 2023 at midnight. Learn more and apply.

    Utah weatherization program

    Rocky Mountain Power partners with the Utah Department of Workforce Services to offer weatherization services at no cost to income qualifying households. These services can help you save on energy costs, make your home comfortable and more energy efficient. For information, call 211 or the local agency near you.

    Energy Share of Wyoming

    Energy Share of Wyoming is a nonprofit program providing energy assistance with donated funds and is administered through The Salvation Army.

    State energy assistance

    The federally funded Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) helps low income households with energy costs. It is administrated by the Wyoming Department of Family Services. The LIEAP season for assistance with utility bills closes on February 28. Learn more and apply
