- Obtain a building envelope retrofit incentive application or a building envelope new construction/major renovation incentive application from us or a Wattsmart® Business Vendor.
- Purchase and install a qualifying unit at an eligible location.
- Submit your incentive application with IRS Form W-9.
- Receive incentive check within 45 days of completion of step 3.
