Wattsmart homes for builders

Build for a brighter future

We offer builders the opportunity to receive cash rebates for building Wattsmart® HERS-rated homes that are more efficient than the current energy code requires. Stand out and show your commitment to quality with homes that deliver superior comfort, greater durability and lower energy costs.

Before starting a project, builders must complete their Wattsmart New Homes program enrollment. To apply for incentives, please download and complete the Builder Participation Agreement and the Third Party Incentive Application Submittal Authorization (if applicable), fill out a W-9 tax form, and return them to WattsmartNewHomes@RockyMountainPower.net.
