Blue Sky is powered by people who want their everyday choices to support more renewable energy and benefit communities across the West. As a voluntary program, Blue Sky gives customers an easy way to help drive demand for renewable resources like wind and solar through an additional charge on their monthly bill. Together, participants are helping create a more resilient energy future and making an impact that will benefit future generations.

Some participants have been with Blue Sky for decades, weaving renewable energy support into their family’s story over time:

“I've been an avid recycler and environmental advocate since I was a kid so when I saw the company was starting the Blue Sky program I immediately signed up. My daughter was two at the time and she just turned 27.” – David

Others enroll as they put down roots in a new place, using Blue Sky as a simple way to “do their part” and support cleaner energy in their new community:
