SALT LAKE CITY — The Rocky Mountain Power Foundation is pleased to announce $286,600 in grant awards to nonprofits and community organizations working to strengthen local communities, enhance public spaces and promote environmental stewardship across the regions served by Rocky Mountain Power.
Through these grants, the foundation is investing in projects that improve quality of life, support community resilience and foster a deeper connection to the environment. From community enhancement initiatives and public recreation projects to conservation, environmental education and natural resource protection efforts, these investments create meaningful and lasting benefits for the communities Rocky Mountain Power serves.
"Our communities thrive when people come together to support the places where they live, work and play," said Dick Garlish, director of the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation and president of Rocky Mountain Power. "We're proud to partner with organizations that are creating vibrant communities, preserving natural resources and helping ensure a sustainable future for generations to come."
