For over 25 years, Blue Sky has offered Pacific Power customers the opportunity to help bring positive, lasting change to communities.
Blue Sky participants bring more renewable power to our region for as little as $1.95 per month. Each Block equals 100 kilowatt-hours of electricity generated from renewable sources like wind or solar. You can choose to buy a set amount of renewable energy that comes from wind, solar and other renewable sources across the Western U.S.
No contracts. No equipment. Just a small monthly choice that makes a big difference.

Blue Sky®
Support renewable power by purchasing 100 kilowatt-hour Blocks of renewable energy. Each Block is made up of 100% renewable energy, sourced from facilities across the Western U.S.
Your participation also helps fund new, local renewable energy projects right here in your state, making a difference for local communities.
The cost is $1.95 per 100-kilowatt-hour block per month.
Blue Sky® Block
Support renewable energy at fixed-price, 100 kilowatt-hour Blocks of renewable power sourced from facilities across the West. And help fund new, community-based renewable energy projects in your state at the same time.
The cost is $1.95 per 100-kilowatt-hour block per month.
Blue Sky® Bulk Savings
Renewable energy sources are the same as with Blue Sky Block, but you get a discount when you purchase 101 or more Blocks per month for 12 months (1,212 blocks minimum purchase).
The cost is 70 cents per Block, plus an annual fee of $1,500.
