Public Safety Partner Portal access request

Access to the Rocky Mountain Power Public Safety Partner Portal will be given to eligible public safety and critical infrastructure partners. Once the initial partner organization has been approved, partner users can then apply for access under the approved partner organization.

  • Partner Organization: An organization that collaborates with public safety agencies to enhance safety, security and disaster response.
  • Partner Sponsor: A user from the Partner Organization granted access to view Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) event information. Responsible for facilitating the registration process of other users within their organization.
  • Partner User: A user from an approved Partner Organization granted access by the Partner Sponsor to view Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) information.
  • Critical Facility: The purpose of requesting a facility to be designated as “Critical” ensures that the critical facility is identified on the portal map and primary contacts are notified during a potential imminent Public Safety Power Shutoff or emergency de-energization.
