Service provided by Western Union, a third-party processor. Western Union accepts check, credit and debit card payments by phone.

Residential customers

To pay by check, credit or debit card, call 1-800-672-2405. A fee of $1.85 will apply per transaction. A cap of $600 per transaction will apply.

Business customers

To pay by check, credit or debit card, call 1-800-672-2405. A fee of $4.95 will apply per transaction. A cap of $5,000 per transaction will apply.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, and debit cards with the Star, Pulse, NYCE or ACCEL logos on the back of the card are accepted.

Payments made over the phone will post to your account within 48 hours. Debit cards requiring PIN numbers are not accepted.

Rocky Mountain Power does not receive any portion of the fee charged for this service.
