  • Bill discount offered to income-qualifying customers

    Rocky Mountain Power offers a monthly bill discount to its residential customers who meet specific income guidelines. The bill discount, known as Home Energy Lifeline Program (HELP) is available to help limited-income individuals and families. The discount is $11 each month for an annual savings of $132.
