Below is a list of select outages in Utah. Typically outages affecting more than 500 customers are posted. Not all outages are listed.

We appreciate customers’ patience as we work around the clock to restore power. Rocky Mountain Power has all hands on deck and involved with restoration efforts in communities throughout the Wasatch Front. In addition, we have brought in additional Rocky Mountain Power crews and resources from Wyoming to assist in the continued restoration efforts.

Rocky Mountain Power is making substantial progress in restoring electric service to our customers.  Most of the large outages (100+ customers) are restored and we are working on numerous individual customer services and smaller outages.  The sustained strong winds caused wide-spread damage to customer and company equipment, and it is expected that restoration efforts will continue through tonight and into Thursday for some customers. There are no estimated times for restoration at this time.

Salt Lake City

471 Rocky Mountain Power customers are currently without power as a result of a fast moving, high-impact storm on Tuesday. Most of these customers are in the Salt Lake City area. High winds and pole fires were the primary cause of outages. Crews will continue to work throughout the night and Thursday to restore power to all affected customers.
