Clearing Your Cache for Sign In

We recently upgraded some areas of our website to enhance service to you. If you have trouble signing in, please clear your browser cache using the instructions below. 

Internet Explorer
Step 1: Click on Tools icon located in the upper right corner of the browser
Step 2: Click on Internet Options in the menu
Step 3: Click on the Delete button on the Internet Options pop-up in the Browsing history section
Step 4: Click on the Delete button on the Delete Browser History pop-up
Step 5: Click OK on the Internet Options pop-up and the cached files will be deleted
Step 6: Close the browser window.

Step 1: Click on the menu icon located in the top right corner.
Step 2: Choose History from the menu and then History again in the submenu
Step 3: Click on Clear browsing data and uncheck everything except for Cached images and files
Step 4: Select Clear data button on the Clear browsing data pop-up
Step 5: Close the browser window

Step 1: Click the hamburger menu button and select History.
Step 2: Choose Clear Recent History...
Step 3: In the Clear Recent History window set the Time range to clear: to Everything
Step 4: Uncheck everything except for Cache and click the Clear Now button. 
Step 5: Close the browser window.

Step 1: Click the History menu at the top of the screen and click Show All History.
Step 2: Right click on Rocky Mountain Power and click Delete.
Step 3: Use the drop-down menu to choose how far back to delete your history.
Step 4: Click Clear History.
Step 5: Close the browser window.

Follow these instructions and then return to to sign in.
