We listened to your feedback and on December 12 we introduced a new and improved online payment system with additional features and fewer steps required to make a payment. You are able to save your bank account information for future payments, schedule payments for a specific date and receive email bill notifications. With our recent enhancements, it is also easier to set up and manage your automatic payments. Our online payment options are paperless, which is convenient, keeps electricity costs low and helps protect the environment. We've also introduced features that provide added flexibility on how we communicate with you about your online payments.
