Low-Income Weatherization
We offer special services, bill assistance and time payment plans for customers experiencing financial hardships. For questions about payment plan eligibility or if you are experiencing difficulty making payments, please call us toll free at 1-888-221-7070.
We also work with local nonprofit agencies that help customers in need pay their electricity bills. To qualify for financial assistance, please call the agency in your area:

No-cost weatherization program
This program can decrease your electricity use and make your home more comfortable. Customers eligible for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) can enroll in this no-cost program.
