Builder Incentives

Our ENERGY STAR® New Homes program offers cash incentives to contractors who build energy-efficient homes. Valuable incentives exist for numerous energy-saving measures and upgrades.

If your home was permitted before November 16, 2011 and is an ENERGY STAR Version 2.0, 2.5 or 3 qualified home, incentives will be based on incentive structures in the following tables located in the tariff:

 Tariff Sheet No 110.2 ‐ Single Family

 Tariff Sheet No 110.3 ‐ Multi‐Family

If your home was permitted on or after November 16, 2011 and is an ENERGY STAR Version 2.5 or 3 qualified home, incentives will be based on incentive structures in the following tables located in the tariff:

 Tariff Sheet No 110.4 ‐ Single Family

 Tariff Sheet No 110.5 ‐ Multi‐Family
