Helicopter power line inspections to help ensure safety and reliability
Rocky Mountain Power will conduct routine power line inspections by helicopter in central and northern Wyoming, and into southern Montana. The inspections will take place May 13-16, weather permitting.

Rocky Mountain Power moves forward with western transmission network expansion
Rocky Mountain Power, as part of PacifiCorp, has begun construction of a key new high-voltage transmission line to serve customers throughout six western states, just as the company also announced completion of another transmission line that will begin serving customers May 17. Both projects are located in Utah.
50th Anniversary of Naughton Power Plant
It was an auspicious occasion on May 15, 1963 when the first unit at the Naughton power plant came on line. The plant was named for Edward M. Naughton, company president from 1954 to 1968.
