Artspace Commons Solar Project

Artspace Commons is a mixed-use creative community with 102 apartments and additional artist, nonprofit and commercial space. On track to be Gold LEED certified and Energy Star Home Certified (not yet completed).

This project in Salt Lake City consists of an 25 kilowatt solar array. The solar panels are  installed on the building’s reinforced carport, making it visible and accessible for observation and education. An exhibition will also be created and be part of monthly gallery strolls.
