BPA Certification

The Bonneville Power Administration’s (BPA) Columbia River Residential Exchange Program credit has been reinstated to qualified farm operations effective December 1, 2011. The Idaho Public Utilities Commission has approved Rocky Mountain Power to implement the credit. The credit is equal to $0.001839 per kilowatt-hour.

Please review the BPA Customer Load eligibility Guidelines below to determine if you qualify for the BPA Columbia River Residential Exchange Program credit. If you determine you may qualify for the credit, please print and complete either Certification of Claim for BPA Credit Form A or Form B from our website and return it by March 31, 2012 to the address below:
