also obtain regulatory approval of mergers, asset sales, structural changes to the company and other transactions that require

Idaho Public Utilities Commission,
Oregon Public Utility Commission,
Utah Public Service Commission,
Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission and the Wyoming Public Service Commission. In addition, PacifiCorp's wholesale and transmission business is regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
