2007 Education Grants

In June 2007, the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation awarded more than $173,000 to 23 nonprofit programs in 15 communities in Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. The following are some of the organizations awarded grants for projects that further the Foundation’s mission to support the growth and vitality of the communities where PacifiCorp and its businesses have operations, employees or interests.

The Rocky Mountain Power Foundation also contributed more than $318,000 to nonprofit organizations in Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. This includes Rocky Mountain Power Foundation contributing $287,500 to the Horatio Alger Association for 100 scholarships to assist Utah and Wyoming students in attaining a college education.
