Application for Transmission Service

PacifiCorp's Open Access Same-time Information System (OASIS ) has additional information and is a required part of the application process as described below.





	Application Information Required for Umbrella Transmission Service Agreements Completed Application check sheet used to confirm that the application by the customer is complete and accurate. This document is provided to assist customers in the application process for Umbrella Service Agreements for Short-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service and Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service. There is no application deposit requred for applications for Umbrella Service Agreements. Umbrella Transmission Service Agreements allow customers to acquire transmission services from PacifiCorp's OASIS as needed and if available.



	Application Information Required for Long-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service Agreements Completed Application check sheet used to confirm that the application by the customer is complete and accurate. This document is provided to assist customers in the application process for Long-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service. An application deposit equal to one month's charge for reserved capacity is required for all new requests. There is no application deposit requred for roll-over or permanent re-direct requests for existing transmission reservations.



	Application Information Required for Network Integration Transmission Service Agreements Completed Application check sheet used to confirm that the application by the customer is complete and accurate. This document is provided to assist customers in the application process for Network Integration Transmission Service. An application deposit equal to one month's charge for reserved capacity is required for all new requests. There is no application deposit requred for existing network customers adding or changing network load or network resources.



	Pro-Forma Umbrella Service Agreement for Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service Pro-forma Umbrella Service Agreement for Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service. This agreement is provided for assistance purposes only. Upon completion and verification of the application process, PacifiCorp will prepare and forward to the customer executable copies.
