Programs and funding update:
We’re pleased to announce Rocky Mountain Power received approval from the Wyoming Public Service Commission for new and improved
energy efficiency programs for business and residential customers. Programs begin January 1, 2009.
Programs for your business include:

FinAnswer Express -a new incentive program for new and replacement lighting, premium efficiency motors, HVAC and other equipment
-
improvements to
Energy FinAnswer, including incentives, and
-
Self-Direction Credit – a new program for large customers who meet electricity usage requirements and make qualified investments in energy efficiency.
Contact your account manager for more details such as eligibility dates.
The programs are funded by a new Customer Efficiency Services Charge that will appear on customer bills starting in January
2009.
Energy FinAnswer technical services are available now. Customers interested in upgrading equipment or systems should contact
us before starting their projects.

Energy FinAnswer
Commercial and industrial customers can receive assistance to upgrade the energy efficiency of their new or existing facilities.
Our Energy FinAnswer program provides technical expertise and financing. With Energy FinAnswer, customers get advice on upgrading
the efficiency of their lighting, compressed air systems, refrigeration systems, heating and cooling systems, pumping systems
and more.

Energy Exchange
Energy Exchange is a voluntary load curtailment program designed for customers with one or more megawatts of connected load.
It helps address energy market circumstances when a reduction in regional energy use is needed. To learn more, please contact

Seminars and training
We provide our customers with low-cost seminars on topics to help businesses improve the efficiency of their operations. We
also partner with other groups to provide efficiency information and training.
