Businesses, government agencies and other organizations account for a growing share of Blue Sky customers. Hundreds of businesses
we serve are purchasing renewable energy.
Purchasing renewable energy is one of the easiest things a business can do to help the environment. There are many reasons
why businesses consider participating in our Blue Sky program. It can:
- help you visibly demonstrate your commitment to the environment and the community
- increase environmental awareness – helps increase demand for renewable energy by inspiring others.
- minimize the impact your business operations has on the environment – for every kilowatt-hour (kwh) of wind energy purchased,
you can offset two pounds of carbon dioxide emissions*
