Customers who participate in the program will receive an annual thank you credit on their Utah Power bill each fall. A partial
credit is applied for units installed after May 31 and the full amount for the coming years. The proration will be based on
the month that the unit is installed during the cooling season (June through August). You will not receive any credit if you
leave the program or current location prior to September 1. Credits are paid on a per unit basis.
