New pricing structure gives you control of your energy bill.
Inverted rates - Use less, pay less. Beginning May 24, use up to 500 kwh per month and Wyoming residential customers pay about 4 cents
per kwh. Every kwh above 500 will be billed at 8 cents per kwh.
New programs with cash incentives to save you energy and money!
Home Energy Savings – This program provides cash back on energy-efficient appliances, home improvements, and heating and cooling equipment/services
that will keep your home comfortable and save you money.
Refrigerator recycling – Say "See ya later, refrigerator" and earn a $30 cash incentive from Rocky Mountain Power.
Low-income weatherization services – Customers that qualify for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) can apply to receive free weatherization services.
Measures installed may include insulation, compact fluorescent light bulbs, hot water pipe wraps and more. Services are available
to homeowners and renters living in single family homes, manufactured homes and apartments.

use energy and get detailed instructions on how to reduce your energy consumption.
Home Energy Analysis
– Fill out this paper survey and mail it to us. We'll send you back customized recommendations on how to save energy.
Wyoming Average Electricity Use – Find out which appliances have the biggest impact on your electricity bill so you can determine how to reap the most savings.
Some of the programs listed above are funded through a small fee on your bill called Customer Efficiency Services beginning January
1, 2009.
